During Office Hours
Our telephone service is available between 08:45am and 5pm Monday to Friday except Wednesday when the main line doesn’t open until 09:45am; however there is a facility to leave a message and all our staff have direct line telephone numbers and voicemail for messages.

The office at Hamshaw House, Brighowgate, Grimsby is open Monday to Friday 08:45am to 5:00pm except Wednesday when the office is closed until 09:45am due to staff training.

Our office is fully accessible and has a hearing loop system in the reception area and a private interview room.
We prefer customers to make an appointment to see a particular member of staff but, even without an appointment, you will normally be able to see someone who can deal with your enquiry.
